I believe that it is not right to make scooters that have motors illegal to ride. It is not the scooter's fault. It is the rider behind the scooter.
Petition:
Please sign this petition so that scooters are not illegal to ride in the state of Illinois. It is not the scooter's fault so you can't make it a law that you can't ride the scooter.
