The Schumas Subdivision has been left in a unfinished state. The rear Properties of homes along the Robert ST SW alleys are unusable.
Storage of equipment & obsolete materials are left in the green spaces. There is no street maintenance or alley maintenance. The storm water pond on the Utility reserve has had many attempts by the developer to finish and still is an evesore to the community.
Surface Water from the undeveloped lands and alleys empties in the yards of the residents.
We request the Town of Turner Valley to take action with this developer to finish the subdivision.
We request the Town of Turner Valley to reduce our taxes accordingly until the development is finished. We request the Town not to approve anymore Subdivisions until the developer completes the Schumas development.
We request the developer finish the storm water pond development.
