Schedule 3 of the Accident Compensation Act 2001 Section (135) Indecent assault.
Witnessing a despicable event over a repetitive length of time does create mental trauma, PTSD, OCD, depression, shcizoeffective disorder. ACC does not accept WITNESSING as part of the physical body because of you witnessed a murder; how did it affect you if it did not touch you physically. The EYE is not a part of the physical body. How can vision affect you physically. Did it touch you. No. Well then. You were not physically touched, end of story.
People who witness any evil are not covered by ACC because sensory faculties are unseen, out of sight, out of touch. Wrong. The witnessing, vision, sensory reactions, adrenaline pumping reality is real.

Witnessing needs to be included in s135, and under extreme conditions should apply.
