The Freedom of Choice Act, a federal law recently proposed by the pro-abortion community, gives a woman the constitutional right to have an abortion without government interference. We are against the passing of this law.
The passing of this law would invalidate every restriction on abortion nationwide, including parental notification laws, laws regarding informed consent and bans on partial birth abortion.
We believe that getting rid of these restrictions will leave parents oblivious, women ill-informed, and many more innocent babies slaughtered. We believe that this law would create much more harm than it would good and are fighting to stop it from ever being passed. If you believe the same please sign the petition to show your support.
We, the undersigned, call on The United States House of Representatives to eliminate the Freedom of Choice Act, deeming it unconstitutional because it eliminates the Human Rights of the unborn.
