The Wardforum asked, a) for a practise ground for graffiti? And b)an area for informal Traders?
We as rate payers believe if somebody wants Graffiti they can do it in their own 4 walls, and we do not want any informal traders, as they mess up the area, selling drugs and usually messing up the area, and not stick to the law?
We call on the City of Cape Town to halt any plans that will allow informal traders in Table View and Parklands.
