Save Tiger Mountain Community High School Initiative

In June, the Issaquah School Superintendent Ron Thiele made a recommendation to the School Board that Tiger Mountain Community High School (TMCHS) be closed after the 2014-15 school Year.
TMCHS is an alternative High School that serves at risk students within the Issaquah School District.
Many people in the community feel that TMCHS is the best avenue in serving this vulnerable population, and closing it would be detrimental to many of the students.
We would like the Issaquah School District to keep Tiger Mountain Community High School open and help it realize its full potential in providing a quality education for every student for whom a school like TMCHS is the best option.
