The Three Tuns Pub in Great Bedwyn was very successful until the lease was sold to the current owner circa 5 years ago.
Poor management and a succession of bad chefs seriously affected the business in the first few years until the previous tenants were brought back to rescue the business.
However, lack of investment has hampered the recovery but the pub still has the potential to be a profitable enterprise with a working couple running it.
The Three Tuns has been operating as a pub in Great Bedwyn since since 1784.
This cosy pub sells good food, good beer and offers a friendly warm welcome. It would be a tragedy if its doors closed forever depriving Great Bedwyn of a community asset.
In view of the above we the undersigned object to the change of use to residential.
