We recognise that any downgrading of fire stations in Hastings will have a negative impact on fire cover and community fire safety across Hastings and the villages in Rother.
Petition:
We the undersigned are against any cuts or downgrading of fire and rescue services at the Ridge Fire Station, which will reduce fire cover across Hastings & Rother.
We recognise that any downgrading of fire stations in Hastings will have a negative impact on fire cover and community fire safety across Hastings and the villages in Rother.
We call upon the Government, the local Conservative MP, the Sussex Fire Authority members and the senior officers at East Sussex Fire and Rescue Services to reverse any plans to downgrade or cut fire services at the Ridge Fire Station in Hastings.
