Our Farmers Market Manager needs compensation to remain active. The High Springs Farmers Market is an integral and vital part of our community culture and commerce.
From special events, feeding the elderly as well as having local food and vendors. is a 40 hour work week.
Managers compensation is well below the level of living and can not continue unless the managers proposal is granted. We need your help!
Unless we can bring this point to light to our city managers and the CRA, The High Springs Farmers Market will end June 1st, 2008.
The town as a whole would regret not taking the effort to try and voice our concern. We would hate to see it go.
