We, the undersigned, petition the Brighton and Hove City Council to allow the management of the Freebutt live music venue in Brighton a reasonable period of time in which to carry out any necessary sound proofing work relating to their noise abatement notice, along with the full help and cooperation of both the Environment Health Department of Brighton and Hove Council and the complainants in establishing where exactly the sound bleed problem is originating from.
