Corus have decided to close the British Steel Pension Scheme (BSPS) to new entrants. The unions know that this is the thin end of the wedge before the scheme is closed completely.
The BSPS has provided security in retirement for generations of steelworkers. It should provide security in retirement for our sons and daughters. Protect the BSPS.
