If you have not already been informed Carthage Elementary School and Kennard Elementary School is in danger of being closed; more so now, than ever before. The information that has been given to the public has been very limited.
Everyone has the right to contact their Locally Elected Officials about major decisions like these that affect the community and especially the children.
The students and staff of these fine elementary schools deserve better than to be quietly swept away.
We, the undersigned, request that Carthage Elementary and Kennard Elementary Schools remain open.
We believe that both elementary schools are a valuable and important part of our community, as well as the lives of the children.
