The Texas Department of Transportation is planning to expand Highway 360 into an eight lane tollway and eliminate direct access to the community of St. Paul, thereby threatening its continued existence.
St. Paul has been a unique community for 139 years with a rich history that deserves to be preserved.
We the undersigned are deeply concerned about the plans TxDot has for expanding Highway 360 into a tollway that intersects Highway 287 and eliminates direct access to St. Paul and Davis Roads.
This plan makes access available only through a more than 2 mile trip into Mansfield and back on a service road.
We request a direct access into St. Paul.
