Time to come together, we need to save Snapchat from being sued. The lawsuit is frivolous and unjust! There was an accident, this person was driving over the speed limit while using the Snapchat app and hit another car. Now the people that got hit by this person speeding (which is against the law) and using a cellphone while operating a motor vehicle (also against the law) they are attempting to sue Snapchat because a stupid person was breaking the law.
What if they were on Facebook, or better yet if they was paying their phone and they use at&t would they be trying to sue at&t? Why should Snapchat be held accountable for a person breaking the law.
Snapchat didn't say use this app while driving. If anyone deserves to get sued it should be the person that was breaking the law that is who should be paying for hospital and damages.
