Repair Sewer Drain and Save our Tires

Today I came home from a hard days work, pulled up next to the curb only to hear and feel the abrupt popping of my tire. I exited my vehicle and walked around the car to look at my completely flat tire in sorrow. A neighbor of mine was kind enough to explain to me the history of this on-going event. Throughout a lengthy period of time, several residents and visitors have had the same problem.

Also , within the past week a county worker had come by and placed an orange cone in front of the sewer drain that was not there for long and no attempts to fix the problem have been made. There is a church down the street that people attend every Sunday and use the space next to the sewer drain to park. The last thing a person needs on his/her way into church is a flat tire. I know that when bad things happen to me, I have to do everything in my power to be sure others do not have to suffer as I did.
