We are calling to prevent the eviction of multiple local businesses based on Jennings Road off Kernick Road Penryn.
The current proposal (PA15/10579) sees the eviction and demolition of the current units rented to various small enterprises to make way for another large multi million pound retailer.
This will not only result in over 10 small local business having to lose their current premises with no location to move to, it will also see the other small local companies that supply services in the immediate area out priced by the larger competitors. This is unfair and unnecessary.
