Dear friends:
1. It is evident as we take in with mixed awe and trepidation our fortune in the league of emerging markets so oblivious what is in store for us and our future, and our children.. a degraded dangerous environment not known to 80% of Indian population of all class creed, caste community, religion. Politicians are making good their fortunes with no qualms, shame and fear of accountability at all.
2. It is shocking state of affairs as we lack good social leaders/ leadership for this nation, our bharat, which is not likely to come from this rank and file of politics for next 50 years at least lest there is a miracle... So let us move, raise our concern, city by city, village by village, town, states all unite beyond the fragmented myopic party lines now. Can we do it ? The answer lies in our destiny. Yes!
We, the undersigned, vow to start a new awareness and education program to awaken the people of India to civic responsibility etiquettes, courtesy, especially in urban centres to save our urban and rural environments.
