Wrexham Council is considering withdrawing all funding for buses for students attending Coleg Cambria and other further education colleges. Withdrawing transport for post-16 students would impact most on those without alternative transport, those in rural areas and families without cars. It will also impact on Coleg Cambria if youngsters choose not to attend due to the withdrawal of bus services.
We, the undersigned, oppose proposals by Wrexham Council to withdraw funding for bus services for students attending Coleg Cambria and other colleges.
