Thank you so much for signing our petition.
The Save Netherwood Day Centre Campaign was a success! Camden Council withdrew its proposal to close this purpose-built specialist facility for people with Alzheimer's and other dementia.
Netherwood has been given a two-three year reprieve before Camden Council proposes to close it and open a new purpose-built centre in Kentish Town.
In the meantime our campaign group has now changed its name to the Friends of Netherwood Day Centre. We will
continue to support the centre and work to make the reprieve permanent and not temporary.
