Unfortunately all parents were informed that from 31st August 2017 Middlethorpe Pre School (run by Cleethorpes Childcare) will be closing.
The company that runs Middlethorpe Academy; The Enquire Learning Trust, decided to serve notice for them to vacate the premises. Although they were informed of this in 2016, they stated their actions were to take over the pre school site and the staff and run it themselves.
They have now decided against this and Enquire themselves have said "they will not be putting anything on site for a while".
This leaves the children that attend and their parents in a difficult position of having to find a new setting. It also causes upset for the fantastic members of staff who do a brilliant job.
We want to stop The Enquire Learning Trust taking this action and keep the Middlethorpe Pre School up and running.

We, the undersigned, call on The Enquire Learning Trust to retract the notice to leave issued to Middlethorpe Pre School (Run by Cleethorpes Childcare) and continue to let them operate on Middlethorpe Academy grounds.
