La Vista resorts in Egypt are known for their high standards since long time. I personally bought my villa in La Vista 4 by chance. I was in Sokhna for a Bussiness meeting. On my way back we saw La Vista 1, we asked to enter to have a look. They told me nothing is available and if I have any questions, I should go to the company (Tiba).
I went and was met by a very decent lady who explained everything to me. I decided in the same meeting to buy 3 villas. Upon signing the contract Mr Alaa el Hady signed the contracts with us. A very decent and honorable man as I discovered later. A fine Bussiness man who till today I admire for his achievements. When you say La Vista anywhere in Egypt it rings bells.
We want Tiba to continue it's excellent managemnt of La Vista 4 as it has done a great job. We were always scared of this exact day that La Vista becomes a mess when the company leaves the management. It will be a big mess, like anything else in Egypt.
Being in Egypt by the residents who don't pay the maintance fees and they have different views ( they don't live in Egypt, they have no money and etc.) so please let us all agree on this, as if not we will have no La vista 4, it will be La Vista mess.
