Background (Preamble):
All over the United States there are only a few slaughter houses, due to the fact that slaughtering horses is illegal. But they are very secret, paying people to bring in their horses, all ages then killing them (in in a gruesome suffering awful way) and shipping the meat to different countries where horse meat is legal.
Petition:
So help keep helpless horses alive, by signing this petition.
