Stallion Properties is developing a real estate project in the UAE. The project was due to start in November 2008, but has been on hold due to the credit crises and lack of funding from banks.
Many investors do not have the confidence that this project is feasible given the market conditions and delays, and would like to get the money they invested refunded.
