In Dec 2013 my son, sister in law and nephew were killed in a car accident, since then I have found out there have been a number of accidents which still happen to this day.
The petitioners believe that the action should be taken to ensure Trinity Road/Overwoods Road junction is made safer for motorists.
We the undersigned would like to request the Warwickshire County Council install the following safety measures to ensure that no further tragic accidents occur at this location:
1. Implementation of traffic lights - this would allow for safe crossing of vehicles at the junction and have an overall safety impact by helping to reduce speed on Trinity Road.
2. Better signage - making people aware of the junction and hazard ahead.
3. Lighting - to aid visibility and as above, make people more aware of the hazard ahead.
