The residents of The Coast Estate are concerned about the safety of the intersection of Commercial Road and Albany Way at Seaford Rise. Commercial Road is increasing in traffic and this intersection is the only exit off the estate. Vision is blocked when turning off Albany Way onto Commercial Road when cars are turning left off Commercial Road as they block vision of oncoming traffic.
Traffic level at busy times can also increase the risk of people taking chances to exit onto Commercial Road.
We need with a roundabout or lights there. It is only time until a major accident happens which will block all access to the estate.
Please install either lights or a roundabout at the intersection of Albany Way and Commercial Road Seaford Rise.
