Think it's bang out that owners to these dogs have to be paying £125 to get your own dog back especially when he wasn't a stray.
Definitely ripping people off don't know why nobody's signed or made a petition for this to stop!
A small donation is acceptable not £125.
Asking people to sign this because there's people out there who truly count on their dogs/pets. And having to pay £125 is shocking when they do nothing but feed the dogs cheap food and don't wash them. I know by experience of my dog! And unluckily he got out and having to pay £125 again cannot be done.
