Background (Preamble):
Mr.Riyale and his Party Udup ruled the country for seven years, they destroyed the national pride, reached the highest position in corruption. Broke all the articles of the Somaliland Constitution, destroyed the peace in the country, robbed all the wealth of the country, including the marine life, sold for their pocket all the national buildings including the schools, and playgrounds for sports and children.
