I was banned twice from League of Legends, the Moba game, for being a toxic player and not reforming. I tried my best to reform but the amount of bad people (toxic, rude, horrible players, selfish players, players who ignore everyone, too young for the game, trolls, etc) are too many to count.

Literally every game I play, there is one, either on my team or theirs. Either way, if I get angry, even if I remain civil, I am banned and/or chat restricted by Riot EVERY time. Now, they have made it that you cannot defend yourself like you can in a real court room. They just play judge, jury and executioner. They SAY that they have players randomly on a tribunal decide. That is a lie, or so far as it is a lie to say that these people have the right to judge OR have all the facts. Riot sends an email out to every person that they ban which ironically only shows what you said and not what was said by ANYONE else.

Basically, they take all things out of context. If this is what they show the tribunal (which it IS what they show them) then they are not doing anything effective in terms of managing their system and should shut it down until they can figure out how to act like human beings and not Hitler or Stalin. I will show what the last ban (#3) was about and would like to petition Riot to unban me AND withdraw the ban from my record.

This is a petition for Riot Games North America to UNBAN summoner Darkwingxy and to REMOVE the ban from his record, as to not affect any future banning or punishment decisions by Riot games and/or the tribunal system.

Furthermore, this petition is for Riot to CHANGE their banning system so that the person charged can defend his/her self fairly and has access to IMMEDIATE responses from a LIVE representative. They have the money and resources. They NEED to do this.
