The Monmouth County edition of the Asbury Park Press (March 18th 2008 page A12 ) printed an article stating that the Federal Government is allowing pedophiles and rapists who are released from prison into "treatment centers" to recieve Pell Grants to further their education through the mail.
Petition:
We, the undersigned, call on the Federal Government to revoke the right of pedophiles and rapists in "treatment centers" to recieve Pell Grants to further their education.
