PETITION TO REVISE AND AMEND CURRENT ARKANSAS FERAL HOG LEGISLATION AND STATUSES TO INCLUDE THE COMMON PEOPLE WHO ARE INTERESTED IN KEEPING AND TRANSPORTING HOGS TO PRIVATE PENS FOR TRAINING AND SLAUGHTERING PURPOSES.
We the people of the state of Arkansas want to revise the current hog transportation laws to allow the private citizens the right to transport feral hogs to a private pen approved by the Arkansas livestock and poultry commission.
These feral hogs will be for training of dogs to hunt hogs and for slaughtering purposes only.
