This petition is for the resurrection of the council of American witches. This petition is about bringing back the council and making it stronger and better than ever.
Instead of seventy three council members there will be twelve in every state making a total of six-hundred American witches in one union.
The council's new job will be to ensure that each state gets its fill of the Wiccan society. Such as starting new Wiccan schools and making sure there are active covens in every state.
We, the undersigned, call on Carl Llewellyn Weschcke to help re-establish the Council of American Witches.
We call to ensure the Council will be better and more organized in the Wiccan Republic.
