A well regulated militia, being necessary to the security of a free state, THE RIGHT OF THE PEOPLE TO KEEP AND BEAR ARMS SHALL NOT BE INFRINGED- 2nd Amendment to the U.S Constitution, however nation wide, in all 50 states, and the District of Colombia, there are about 25,000 infringements of gun rights at all level of gov't (city/county,state, and federal) They range from permits to carry guns in public to requiring permits to own guns, to outright bans on owning certain firearms.
The right to bear arms is not about the right to go target shooting or hunting, but the right to self defense from criminals and a Tyrannical gov't, however the gov't has disarmed us, through many laws that make it hard, and sometimes impossible to have arms to match their arms.
By signing this petition, you are saying that you want to rid this country of every single gun law that infringes on the right to keep and bear arms, including the National Firearms Act of 1934, the Gun COntrol Act of 1968, the Brady Bill, the 1986 machinegun ban, and Every law the state, and city/county level that disarms law abiding citizens.
