Restore danica's livejournal community

Last June 14, 2012, biskiits.livejournal.com was purged. It is a community owned by an internet fiction writer under the pen name: danica. It is an archive of her works ranging from year 2005 up to present year.

A background on danica:

She had brought to us the wonderful Chicharong Flower, The Prince's Homecoming, Best I Ever Had, 7 Days: Menelli's Toughest Mission and numerous wonderful and well crafted original fictions and fan fictions.

She has won several online literary awards and has gained fame all over livejournal, fanfiction.net and fictionpress.net (although she claimed that the last two accounts are not in use anymore).

Her community (biskiits.livejournal.com) was one of the most sought out community in livejournal where thousands of readers were given the privileged to read her stories.

The issue:

biskiits.livejournal.com was reported four times due to 'inappropriate content'. danica was given forty-eight hour notice to save the community's contents before livejournal purge the said account.

Personally, I was not really able to read her last entry as I am informed about the said issue only now.

Now here's the deal, forty-eight hours does not give justice to seven years worth of hard work. I am a loyal reader of this danica from her very humble beginnings (year:2005) when she still have her wrong grammars and up to now, (year:2012), where we can all see how her talent flourished.

Clearly livejournal deprived her from the justice of time she clearly deserved.

Another thing is that, SHE NEVER WROTE ANY NC-17 STORIES despite the thousand requests for her to do so. So why was she purged because of 'inappropriate contents'? Livejournal should have at least read her entries themselves and not rely plainly on the reports.

It was as if that the purging was done without any other further investigation which made it altogether unfair for danica.

What's happening:

I am trying to contact danica through her email address but I am yet to receive her reply. I emailed her beta-reader, Quinn, and this is what she said:

'danica's busy with her school so you have to be patient but she'll be really happy if she sees this. The last time i heard from her was when she posted her last entry. She told me that she'll try her best to find a new site to host her works and she'll reupload all of those. But she did not specify when she'll exactly do that since her school resumed.'

So for now, let's help her gain what she rightfully deserve. It is the least we can do after all the amazing entertainment she brought to us.
