Marion Ostosh, a Water Aerobics Instructor who taught a vigorous, Level 3 Cardio-Total Body Workout 3 midweek mornings at the Outdoor Pool was replaced on July 1st with no explanation to the class or to her.
Her replacement teaches a much less vigorous workout, so the many YMCA Members who participated in her Total Body Workouts and need her Level 3 workouts to maintain their fitness are left with few choices.
We, the undersigned, ask the Mission Valley YMCA to restore at least 2 weekday morning Cardio-Total Body Workouts at the Outdoor Pool taught by Marion Ostosh.
