Residents against 5 farthings development

This petition is regarding the proposed planning permission of 36 low cost houses and 50 parking spaces, in the vicinity of 5 farthings nazeing road and the horses field adjacent to that property which is situated in clayton hill park.

This would not only affect the current ongoing traffic problems in nazeing as the developers are planning to knock down the 5 farthings property to put in an acess road for the new properties, the building of these homes would also affect our local school which allready has more children than it can cope with & our doctor surgeries and other resources and destroying our country park with a concrete jungle.

Clayton hill park and its views will be totally destroyed by building these properties.
