Rescuing Texas Recess

We the people, general citizens, educators, parents and concerned parties are asking the Texas Legislature to Mandate at least (2) Recess's in Texas Schools consisting of at least 15 minutes each, once before lunch and once after lunch.

We feel that Recess should not be taken away as a form of punishment or any other reason unless absolutely necessary.
