Our party room at 95 Ridout Street has been closed for many years due to the fact our former superintendent did not want to be bothered with it.
Now that our building is being cleaned up and good tenants are moving in here, we would like to have our party room accessible to us again.
We the undersigned would like to have our party room opened so we can entertain family and friends on special occasions.
We could also get to know other tenants by have a place to play cards or even a movie night.
A refundable clean up deposit would be required.
