Caylee Anthony, a child, was found dead in a swamp in 2008, because of evidence and behavior, her Mother was brought to trial by the State of Florida, and a jury of her peers found her not guilty on all counts except for lying to the police.
Because of the amount of evidence that exists, we feel that the jury didn't come to the correct verdict and because the burden of proof is lower in a wrongful death suit, we feel a wrongful death suit would be appropriate to be brought by the state of Florida's attorney General.
We the signed believe that the recent jurors' verdict in the Casey Anthony case did not bring justice for her daughter, Caylee and because of that we are asking you, Attorney General, Pam Bondi to bring a wrongful death civil suit against Casey Anthony. Thank you!
