Pennsauken Ordinance PM 302.8 states that no inoperative, unlicensed, uninsured or unregistered motor vehicle shall be parked, kept or stored on any premises and no vehicle shall at any time be in a state of major disassembly, disrepair or in the process of being stripped or dismantled. Pennsauken ordinance also states the same in regards to motor vehicles parked on public streets. However, NJ State Constitution States" ARTICLE I, RIGHTS AND PRIVILEGES:

1. All persons are by nature free and independent, and have certain natural and unalienable rights, among which are those of enjoying and defending life and liberty, of acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and of pursuing and obtaining safety and happiness.

2. a. All political power is inherent in the people. Government is instituted for the protection, security, and benefit of the people, and they have the right at all times to alter or reform the same, whenever the public good may require it.

We the undersigned call on local government officials to repeal ordinance PM 302.8. By enforcement of this ordinance, local officials are in violation our Constitutional right to use and enjoyment of our property the way we feel is proper to our consciousness as protected by the New Jersey State Constitution and the Supreme Law of the land. If a state can not make a law to abridge our rights, nor shall a township.
