We the undersigned, as people of conscience call on the United Nations and all Western democracies to intervene on behalf of Guyanese citizens generally but Afro-Guyanese in particular to restore the Rule of Law and purge Guyana of drug-lords and a PPP dictatorship.

Working in collusion they are responsible for over 400 assassinations, numerous tortures and disappearance of many innocent citizens.
