We, the undersigned members of Local 340, are asking the UGSOA International Union to step in and remove the current elected Officers (President, Vice-President ) and re-elect a new union officer body for Local 340.
Over the past year they have failed to meet any of their elected duties and they have failed to keep the Local members informed. They have not only been caught purposefully withholding information from the members, but withholding and providing inaccurate information to the International as well. Because of this we feel they are no longer acting in the best interest of the local members.
We are asking that you please step in, take the appropriate steps immediately, and save our local.
