Would like to remove the following restrictions and covenants from the Developer's original document vol 100 page 265. 4.)Temporary Structures structures of a temporary character are prohibited. 5.) Outbuildings only outbuildings (detached garage, storage shed etc) may be erected and maintained on each lot in addition to the dwelling house. It shall not exceed 600 sq feet and conform in external appearance to the dwelling house. It shall not be used for commercial or residential purposes. It shall be less than 16 feet high overall.

Would like to move these codes or the declaration of restrictions and covenants as a whole.
