This is a petition calling for the public to remove any politician at any given time in between general elections, against any politician/s committing an act/action/s of any form of unacceptable behaviours while in service to the public, through public actions involving the democratic right to vote via means of any public opinion poll. This petition is to cover against all politicians, from councilors, MP'S and the Prime Minister right across the board.
In light of recent events within the ranks of the New Zealand National Party, led by PM John Key, there were calls by the public for the removal of certain Ministers under the charge of John Key, who did nothing other than defend those who were caught out in their unwise actions. This has become an act of arrogance in the face of the public by the National Party, which has prompted me to bring about the attention of political forms of undesirable tactics, resulting in politicians abusing their ranks of power.
This isn't the way any political representative should act when in service to the public, as it's the job of any parliamentarian to not only represent the public to the House, they must also represent the Government and House to the public. The Government, by law, is to be held accountable by our House of Representatives, for its policies and actions. This hasn't been shown satisfactorily to the public, by the House of Representatives.
We the undersigned, call on the Representative of the Sovereign's Head of State, to take action to enforce this petition into law, the removal of any politician/s, regardless of political rank of Councilor, MP or Prime Minister, immediately from their duties of service to the public, due to their lack of performance and/or unacceptable behaviours while in service to the public.
We request that the action of removal of any politician be carried out by means of public opinion poll, by the general public of the population of New Zealand, without inclusion of any corporate/political connections, due to any possible misrepresentation or influential sway.
Upon immediate removal of any politician from their service to the public, their remaining salary shall be revoked immediately upon redundancy settlement within a specified time frame of not more than seven working days after immediate removal from public service.
