On 7th September, Kashmir has witnessed one of the worst floods in the region in the last 50 years. The death toll is increasing by the hour as hundreds of people are feared dead due to the floods.

Thousands of people are still trapped in these regions with no clean drinking water or food. Even after 4 days, the government is unable to provide basic supplies to those who are stranded. Hospitals have been abandoned by the doctors and administration, leaving patients and those in need helpless.

It is evident that the government rescue mission in the area has been inadequate and additional help is needed to overcome the effects of this disaster.

We the undersigned, call on the President of India, Prime Minister Of India, Philanthropists around the world.

Now the President Prime Minister and Philanthropist, inspite of putting all resources and efforts to safeguard the interest of people in the states is not able to do enough. The funds allocated by the government are inadequate to rescue the state.

This is a natural disaster, and worst it 50 years, so we the youth of India call upon the leadership of the country and the world to join hands for humanity to overcome this unfortunate event. We appeal to all of you to create awareness about such a disaster so that more people can donate for this cause.
