Reinstate Kurt Busch now NASCAR

This is a petition to have Kurt Busch fully reinstated and a public apology from NASCAR. Kurt Busch was unjustly indefinitely suspended from nascar for alleged abuse to Ms. Driscoll Kurt, former girlfriend.

Nascar suspended Kurt before any decision was made in a court of law in regarding if he was guilty or not. Ms Driscoll was ordered a protective order and that is as far at it went and NASCAR took that as he was guilty.

Now it has came out that Mr Kurt Busch will not be charged at all. But damage is done. Chevy has cut ties with Mr Busch and now he is willing to go through a reinstatement program. But why because nascar says he is guilty. Enough of the favoritism.

There is NO evidence that he is guilty or there would have been charges. So the right thing to go is reinstate Mr Kurt Busch immediately without having to go though any program.
