Erica Schomer has been a special education teacher at Ray Graham Training Center for the past three years.
On 3-6-08, Erica Schomer was informed that she was not reassigned for her teaching position. Her dismissal was justified as a personality difference with the current Principal, Amelia Mason.
We, the undersigned, believe that Erica Schomer is an asset to the Ray Graham Training Center facility and would like her reinstated.
Her dismissal was unjustified. In the past three years, she has diligently worked to improve the quality of the student's education by taking students on job interviews, receiving grant awards and donations, and implementing community based field trips.
Erica has a genuine care for the students and is passionate about teaching.
