On March 6, 2002 the owners of land that Maybrook Crossing sits on drafted two sets of covenants; one in the the name of Maybrook Crossing Homeowners Association and another for Maybrook Crossing community association.
Under the HOA some lots and common areas where not included in the plans and we would like to dissolve the HOA and form a community association. Once the community association is formed we would like to reestablish the Homeowners Associations and draft a new set of Bylaws for the community.
In addition we are requesting a change to the communities covenants because some of the information in the covenants and Bylaws are dated we would like to bring these issues up to date.
We as the Maybrook Crossing Community Association board of directors are requesting your signature for the following:
Reestablishment of the Maybrook Crossing Homeowners association;
Request to submit a new draft of the community bylaws;
Changes to the current covenants, by making the necessary updates to meet the current laws in place in North Carolina.
