We are looking to do a petition against the banking industry, Golden Sachs, Wells Fargo, Litton Loans, Bank of America, City Financial, Citi Bank, Washington Mutual, Countrywide.
We the American people are asking Congress and the Senate.
1. To make the banks reveal the service co known to any person that will be handling their account.
2. If a property has lost more than 40,000.00 in value due to wall street and the banks selling false information to investors causing interest rates and property value to climb to record highs and eventually causing the market to cash.We are asking that the mortgage and interest rates be adjusted to the present value.
3. That the banks stop the practice of taking months for modification, and going back on agreement after 3 months of review. 4. We would like to know when a bank pays back th to the American people that the money is put in a fund just to help people save there property and pay down the property taxes.
