P2P (peer-2-peer) users have been in a constant fight against the RIAA, MPAA, and even the FBI. Some people may say that P2P users should be punished for the breaking of copyright laws. Others say that data should be free for distribution. Millions of people in the past, the present, and hopefully the future will be using P2P.

The question comes down to do you think P2P users should be pursuited or not. US code Section 2319 of Title 18/Part I/Chapter 113 has given the government the ability to charge P2P users with a crime.

By affixing my signature to this letter, it is my request that Section 2319 of Title 18/Part I/Chapter 113 in the United States Code (18 U.S.C. 2319) be withdrawn by the United States government.
