Because our Congress is unable to pass a budget and is no longer functioning as the Constitution intended it is time to recall all congresspersons from office and start anew.
We the undersigned call for the resignation of all members of the United States Congress, both the House of Representatives and the Senate, with the exception of the Vice President of the United States.
We demand the Executive branch set a date for a new election of all members of congress no later then March 1, 2013. Recalled congress persons will leave office March 31,2013.
All newly elected congresspersons will assume office on April 1, 2013.
